Provide customer support through the Digital Banking Secure Messaging platform. Troubleshooting online banking and Treasury Management products. Research and answer general account questions through the digital channel. Assist branch network partners/clients by troubleshooting and providing training on Digital Banking products. Assist with client administration of all Digital Banking Services, Online Banking, Bill Pay, Intuit Support, Remote Deposit Capture, etc. Provide administrative support to Management and assisting with calls/voicemails, rerouting calls to appropriate area and arrange call backs.
